HMD Global, the company that has acquired the license from Nokia to manufacture and sell smartphones under its name, today teased the unveiling of the first Nokia branded smartphone. Dubbed Nokia 6, the handset will be exclusively available in China.
The teaser video shows the handset as having a premium aluminium design, USB-C port, a fingerprint scanner integrated into the home button at the front, and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. While not confirmed, it looks like from the teaser video that the Nokia 6 will feature a 5.5-inch AMOLED display.
HMD has not announced any other details about the handset, though it is likely that we will see the company officially unveil the handset soon. It is also possible that HMD Global will unveil the international version of the Nokia 6 at MWC next month as multiple rumors have previously pointed.
