Rumors had suggested that Google was scheduling an early October for the unveiling of its newest flagship smartphones, and that is indeed the case.

Today, Google has announced that it will be announcing the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL on Tuesday, October 9. Unfortunately, as you can tell from the image of the invite above, there isn’t much else to go on here. “I <3 NY" doesn't tell us much about the smartphones Google will more than likely be announcing next month.

Still, we know the unveiling will begin at 8:00 AM Pacific (11:00 AM ET) in New York, which is a great place to start at least. We don't have much longer to wait!
