Google has just announced that it will be holding its Made by Google 2019 event on October 15. The company will announce the Pixel 4 series along with other new hardware products.
Google teased the Pixel 4 way back in mid-June itself. The company has also detailed that the Pixel 4 series will come with its new Soli hardware that will be used for face unlock and gesture purposes. This time around, the Made by Google event will be hosted at 10AM ET on October 15th in New York City.
Almost everything about the Pixel 4 has already been detailed thanks to plenty of leaks over the last month. The phones will come with a Snapdragon 855 chip, 6GB RAM, Titan M security chip, and 90Hz OLED display. The bigger Pixel 4 XL will come with a 6.3-inch QHD+ panel while the Pixel 4 will feature a 5.7-inch FHD+ display. The Pixel 4 XL will feature a 3,700mAh battery, with the regular Pixel 4 featuring a 2800mAh battery.
The phones will feature a dual-camera setup. This will include a new 16MP telephoto sensor that will seemingly offer up to 8x optical zoom. Disappointingly, the Pixel 4 series will lack an ultra-wide angle camera which has become all the rage these days in smartphones.
Are you looking forward to the Google Pixel 4 and the Google Pixel 4 XL?
