More renders of the Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 Lite XL have emerged showing off the devicesin all their glory. The 360-degree renders give us a clear look at the devices from all angles.
The renders clearly show the ‘Lite’ design of the Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 Lite XL. The devices will feature a plastic design which is similar to that of the Pixel 3, with the larger Pixel 3 Lite XL giving the notch a miss.
The leak points to the Pixel 3 Lite featuring the same 5.5-inch display as regular Pixel 3. The device will measure 151.3 x 70.1mm, while the Pixel 3 XL Lite will come with a 6-inch display and measure 160 x 76.1mm. Both devices are 8.2mm thick and feature an 18.5:9 aspect ratio display.
The Pixel Lite and Pixel 3 Lite XL are rumored to feature a mid-range Snapdragon 670 chipset, 4GB RAM, and unlike the more premium Pixel 3 series, the ‘Lite’ devices will feature a headphone jack. The devices will also feature a single 8MP selfie shooter at the front, with the same 12MP shooter as on the regular Pixel 3 found at the rear of the devices as well. The base variant of the devices are expected to come with 32GB storage, with the Pixel 3 Lite featuring a 2915mAh battery.
It is still unclear when Google will launch the Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 Lite XL. The devices seemed to be aimed at developing markets like India where mid-range devices do better than the likes of the Pixel 3. Given the timing of the leaks, we might see Google launch the Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 Lite XL at MWC 2019.
