Google may be ready to start mixing things up a bit when it comes to its Pixel smartphone lineup, adding a bit of mid-range flare into the family.

The rumor mill has been serving up what’s being called the “Pixel 3 Lite” and “Pixel 3 XL Lite” for quite some time now, a little while after Google officially launched the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL earlier this year, and a new report suggests we may see both new handsets see the light of day in early 2019. According to information gathered by Android Police, Google will be teaming up with Verizon yet again to launch the Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 XL Lite sometime in the spring of next year.

There isn’t any confirmation from Google or Verizon at this point, so we don’t know yet how much the devices will cost or when they will officially launch. However, the rumors have pieced together a mid-range pair of devices up to this point, including the use of either the Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 or 710 processor in both handsets.

Each of the devices will reportedly also boast 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage, along with a 3.5mm headphone jack. Each device will have a 12MP camera on the back and an 8MP front-facing camera on the other side, too. Finally, the Pixel 3 Lite’s display will reportedly measure in at 5.5 inches, and the larger Pixel 3 XL Lite will have a six-inch screen.

That’s all we have for now. But for anyone who is hoping to see a slightly less expensive, and slightly less high-end Pixel 3 smartphone, you may not have long to wait.
