Google Fit saw a major refresh, redesign, and new features added to the mix earlier this year. And now Google is making it easier to see information tied to the health and fitness platform.

On Monday, Google announced a few important changes to Google Fit. First and foremost, new widgets for the Android home screen. You can see the new option in the image at the top of this article. It certainly takes up quite a bit of room, but it also shows a lot of information at a glance so it will probably be a worthwhile change. The widget will show you your Heart Points, Move Minutes, and even more.

In addition to that, Google Fit will also show you your last workout right on the app’s home screen when you open it up. And when you need to enter a workout manually, the app now supports “the option to adjust your activity intensity and get awarded more accurate Heart Points for it”. But that’s not all. Google Fit will also help you with breathing exercises, that way you can calm down a bit after a long day or intense workout.

Google says the new Google Fit features are rolling out this week, so keep an eye out for them.
