The OnePlus 3 launched earlier this week to some positive reviews. Despite the price increase and an overkill 6GB of RAM, the handset offers great bang for buck and while its design is nothing new, it still looks far better than its predecessor. OnePlus announced the handset in two colors: Silver/Graphite and Soft Gold. While the former is easily available for purchase, the latter is nowhere to be seen.
OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei has now revealed that the gold variant of the OnePlus 3 will go on sale “sometime in the latter part of July.” The handset will sell for the same price as the silver variant though.

So, if you want to buy the OnePlus 3 in gold finish, you will have to wait for more than a month to get your hands on it. If you cannot wait for that long though, go ahead and buy the silver OnePlus 3 because the handset looks stellar even in that color. And OnePlus has done a great job of actually keeping the handset in stock this time around despite doing away with the invite system.
