Samsung has officially unveiled the midrange Galaxy Ace Style handset after it was shown off in Germany last week. The smartphone will be available as soon as this month for an undisclosed amount, Samsung is wasting no time in launching it to markets.
Specs wise, the Galaxy Ace Style is exactly what you expect from a midrange device as it features a 4 inch WVGA (480 x 800) display, a 5-megapixel camera on the back, a front facing VGA camera, a 1.2 GHz dual core processor, 512MB of RAM and Android 4.4 KitKat. Buyers will get a measly 4GB of storage out of the box but luckily there’s a microSD card slot as well. The handset features TouchWiz Essence which appears to be a custom UI layering for Samsung’s midrange devices.
The Galaxy Ace Style will be sold in Dark Gray and Cream White color variants at launch. Although Samsung hasn’t shared pricing details as of yet, we expect it to cost under $200 off contract and unlocked in developing regions. The company hasn’t detailed the launch markets of the handset, but we expect it to be available across Asia and Europe simultaneously later this month.
