Nearly six months after Motorola launched the Moto X in the United States, the company is bringing the handset to India. Like the Moto G though, the Moto X will only be available via one of the countries largest online retailer — Flipkart.
Motorola, however, will not be launching Moto Maker in India. Instead, it will be offering the handset in 5 fixed colors and two wooden backings — Walnut and Teak.

While Flipkart — and Motorola — hasn’t yet provided any exact launch date, it took to Twitter today to tease that the handset has nearly arrived in India. Like the Moto G launch, Flipkart will be providing launch day offers with the Moto X as well.
When Motorola and Flipkart released the Moto G in India, they surprised everyone by providing a dual-SIM variant of the handset for an extremely tempting price. It would be interesting to see if the company manages to pull something similar with the launch of the Moto X as well.
