Samsung Galaxy S8 Leak

While we have heard quite a bit about the Samsung Galaxy S8 at this point, the device has not leaked in pictures or renders yet. That changes today with a leaked image originating from China that purportedly gives us the first look at Samsung’s next flagship handset.

Staying true to the leaks and rumors, the leaked image shows the Galaxy S8 as having minimal bezels, with Samsung’s traditional navigation key setup missing from the bottom as well. Instead, the bottom bezel now houses the company’s logo. The only reason as to why one would doubt the authenticity of the leaked photo is due to the lack of on-screen navigation buttons on the display of the device.

It is possible that Samsung is working on a full-screen mode for the UI on the Galaxy S8 which automatically hides the navigation keys, which is what we are seeing in the leaked photo above. Otherwise, the leaked photo seems to match up to every rumor about the Galaxy S8 that we had heard previously: no physical home button, minimal bezels, and an all-screen design. It is unlikely that Samsung would have incorporated its capacitive navigation keys in the bottom bezel due to its small size and since the company’s logo also resides there.

What do you think about the Galaxy S8 based on the leaked photo shown above?
