Google has started rolling out a new version of Play Store with some minor UI tweaks and security related changes. The APK of the v4.6.16 update is also available, which you can grab from the bottom of the post.

With this update, Google has moved the Settings and Help option to the hamburger style slide out navigation bar. The company has recently made similar changes across its other apps including the Google Play Music and Chromecast app. Another major change in this update is the option to prompt for a password on any transaction from Google Play or only once every 30 minutes. This should help parents in avoiding unintended In-App Purchases (IAP) from their toddlers and save them from a headache.

Lastly, the option to automatically add new Widgets to your homescreen for every new installed app has also been simplified to “Add icon to Home screen”. There are some minor UI tweaks throughout the app but nothing too big to catch your attention easily. You can download the Play Store v4.6.16 update APK from here.
