As promised by Google yesterday during its keynote, the developer preview images of Android L are now available for download for the Nexus 5 and Nexus 7.

The 400MB+ images can be downloaded from here and are meant to be flashed like any other factory image. If you are unsure on how to install the Android L developer preview on your Nexus handset or tablet, follow the steps mentioned here.
