Galaxy Note 10

In around two weeks from now, Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Note 10 series at an Unpacked event. Spoiling Samsung’s party though, the detailed specs of the Galaxy Note 10 has leaked online courtesy of WinFuture.

The leak confirms what we have been hearing over the last few weeks: the Galaxy Note 10 will feature the Exynos 9825 chipset, 8GB RAM, and 256GB of speedy UFS 3.0 NAND. The Note 10 will also come with a 6.3-inch FHD+ resolution Dynamic AMOLED display along with an in-display fingerprint scanner. It will be powered by a 3500mAh battery and feature 25W fast wired charging. It is interesting to see Samsung gimp down the display resolution and battery on the regular Note 10 by so much.

Rumors point to the Galaxy Note 10+ coming with a massive 6.7-inch QHD+ resolution display and a bigger 4,300mAh+ battery. It will also come with faster 45W wired charging support, though Samsung will only bundle a 25W charger in the box.

Other specs of the Galaxy Note 10 include IP68 certification, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, dual-SIM, and USB-C. There’s no microSD card slot or headphone jack, though the Note 10+ will seemingly offer a headphone jack.

The triple-camera system on the Galaxy Note 10 will be similar to the one we have seen on the S10 series earlier this year albeit with some changes. Instead of a dual-aperture system for the primary 12MP camera, Samsung will now use a triple-aperture system comprising of f/1.5, f/1.8, and f/2.4. The f/1.8 aperture is the new addition and will offer a nice mid-point between the other two aperture size. There’s also a 16MP f/2.2 ultra-wide angle shooter and a 12MP f/2.1 telephoto sensor. All three cameras will be capable of recording HDR10 videos. The front 10MP f/2.2 camera will be located within a centered hole-punch at the front. The Galaxy Note 10+ will also feature a similar camera setup, though it will also include an additional ToF sensor for some advanced camera features.

The Galaxy Note 10 series is expected to go on sale from August 23.
