HTC’s Desire 600 was leaked roughly 24 hours ago. And now, it’s official. You’re looking at a 4.5 inch 960 x 540 pixel display, quad core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor (ARM Cortex A5), 1 GB of RAM, 8 megapixel camera, dual-SIM capabilities, BoomSound (front facing speakers), and a 1,860 mAh battery. HTC doesn’t say which version of Android it runs, but my gut tells me it’s the same Android 4.1 installation with Sense 5 that’s on the One.

When will this thing come out? Next month. Where? Russia, Eastern Europe, and several Asian markets. No word yet as to the Western world. Should you buy it? Hard to say since I haven’t played with it. I’m incredibly curious to see how four ARM Cortex A5 cores benchmark.
