Chromecast owners outside the USA, here is some good news for you. Google has finally made the official Chromecast app for Android available outside of the US on the Play Store.

Reports are pouring in from Chromecast owners across the world that the app is now available in their regional Play Store. This includes Norway, United Kingdom, India, Finland, Germany and other countries.

Up until now, Chromecast as well as its companion app were only available in the United States. With the app going international, I hope Google also decides to start selling the device in international markets.
