Samsung took to the stage at CES and, as expected, announced the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, adding a super-sized tablet with stylus to its Note lineup.
The Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 features a magazine UI that takes advantage of the tablet’s larger display. There’s also a new multi-window features that allows you to run four apps at the same time and a revamped keyboard with a roomier layout and haptic feedback. The hardware includes the following specs:
- Quad-core Snapdragon 800 2.3 GHz processor for LTE variants
- Octa-core Exynos 5 processor (1.9 GHz x 4 + 1.3 GHz x 4) for WiFi-only and 3G variants
- S-pen functionality
- Super Clear LCD display at WQXGA 2560×1600 resolution
- 8 MP rear camera
- 2 MP front camera
- 3 GB of RAM
- Android 4.4/KitKat
- 9,500 mAh battery
- 32GB and 64GB storage options
Though we now know about the device, Samsung has not yet divulged details on the launch date or pricing. That information will be coming soon we hope.
