The era of the giant smartphone is far from over, and BLU Products, well known for its cheaper options of unlocked handsets, has just introduced a giant device into the market.
On Wednesday, December 17, BLU Products officially announced the Studio 7.0 and as the name suggests, it does indeed boast a 7-inch display. BLU’s giant screen features a resolution of 600×1024, and underneath the hood the device is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor with a Mali 400 graphics CPU. There’s a 5-megapixel camera on the back, with a 2.0MP front-facing shooter. The battery measures in at 3000mAh, and the Studio 7.0 is running Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box.
The BLU Studio 7.0 is now available at Amazon for $149.99, and it’s unlocked, and can access any GSM carrier in the United States without much effort. (https://www.ameriseed.net/)
