Earlier this month, BLU teased the arrival of the PURE XR, the company’s newest flagship smartphone. And now it’s officially official.
BLU has announced, and launched, the PURE XR on Amazon. The new handset features a 5.5-inch 1080p HD Super AMOLED display, and a MediaTek Helio P10 octa-core processor under the hood. It boasts 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage, along with a microSD card slot that supports cards up to 64GB. The handset has a 3000mAh battery inside as well.
The PURE XR features a 16MP camera on the back, with an 8MP front-facing camera with a wide-angle lens as well. The device is sold unlocked, and supports connecting to U.S. carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile, and will arrive in both a Grey and Gold color. There’s also a fingerprint sensor underneath the display, which can be used to not only access the device, but also secure files on the device as well. It’s running Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
The PURE XR is available beginning today from Amazon for $299.99.
