Samsung’s Galaxy S4 is an incredible device with more features than you can shake a stick at, and that’s both a good and a bad thing. See, all those fancy gestures and bundled Samsung applications take up space. So much so that a 16 GB GS4 barely has half of that available for end users. The company had to issue a statement about the issue, saying tough luck, you should just go buy a microSD card.

Well, looks like those starved for space will have another way of getting more capacity. They can simply buy a GS4 with more storage. According to Android Central, AT&T will start selling the 32 GB GS4 on May 10th. That’s this Friday. That’s the same day the U.S. operator plans on launching the 5.5 inch Optimus G Pro.

Honestly, I don’t know why Samsung can’t do what Apple does. Whenever Apple launches a new iPhone, they have multiple configurations available on day zero. If you want a 64 GB iPhone because you have a ton of music, go for it. If you’re a budget minded consumer, yet you still want the iPhone, then the 16 GB version is just for you.

As for me, I’m just fine with my 16 GB Note II and my 64 GB microSD card.
