Some devices are still waiting for their official update to Android 5.0 Lollipop. For any owners of the HTC One (M8) under AT&T’s umbrella, that wait is going to have to continue a bit longer.
On Monday, January 19, AT&T officially released an update for the One (M8), which sees the handset get updated to Android 4.4.4 KitKat. AT&T notes that this particular update, even with the bump up in version number, that it’s mainly focused on security updates and an overall update to Bluetooth performance. There are several other options added, like a Usage Monitor App and an improvement to battery life.
HD Voice is also included in this update as well.
