Late last month, an early still-in-development build of Android 4.3 with Sense 5 leaked for the HTC One. The leaked build suggested that HTC is very much on track to keep its promise of rolling out the Android 4.3 update with Sense 5 to all the U.S variants of the One in the United States by the end of September.

Today, another Android 4.3 build for the HTC One has leaked, but this time its meant for the AT&T variant of the device. Compared to the previous leak, the new update does not bring any new feature or major enhancements. However, it does fix a few niggling bugs that was present in the previous leak.

It is unknown whether this leaked build is the final OTA update, or still an in-development firmware. Either ways, if you have S-OFF’d your One and have root access, feel free to flash the ROM on your AT&T branded HTC One and enjoy some Android 4.3 goodness with Sense 5.

That’s not all though. LlabTooFeR a.k.a Football, who is known for leaking the latest and greatest RUU’s of various HTC devices, has also managed to get his hands on what is presumably the final Android 4.3 with Sense 5 firmware for the international HTC One. He plans on releasing it, packed as a custom ROM, within the next 24 hours.
