The tablet market might be slowing down, but that has not stopped Asus from releasing a new tablet here at IFA in Berlin. The company unveiled the ZenPad 3S 10, a 5.8mm thin tablet with a 9.7-inch display.
Made from sandblaster aluminium, the ZenPad 3S 10 features a unibody design with chamfered edges and a matte texture finish at the rear, which help in giving it a very premium look and feel.
Sporting a resolution of 1536 x 2048, the ZenPad 3S 10 offers a 78% screen-to-body ratio which it manages to achieve thanks to its 5.32mm thin bezels. Inside the ZenPad 3S is MediaTek’s latest hexa-core MT8176 chipset that is coupled with 4GB RAM. Other specs of the tablet include stereo speakers an 8MP rear shooter with PixelMaster to improve low-light images, a 5MP selfie shooter, 32/64GB storage space, a microSD card slot, and 5GB of free cloud storage from Asus. All this is backed by a 5900mAh battery that also supports fast charging that will allow the battery to be recharged to full in about three hours.
