This will be the last ASUS device I write about today. Promise. It’s called the Transformer Pad Infinity and it has two key selling points. One, it’s powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra 4. That means four ARM Cortex A15 processors and a crazy fast GPU. Two, it has a screen that outputs 2560 x 1600 pixels.

That’s just bonkers.

Other than that, you’re looking at a pretty generic Android tablet. It has a keyboard dock so you can use it as a laptop, something we’ve all come to expect from ASUS, it has both a front and rear facing cameras, USB 3.0 support, a full sized SD card slot, and 32 GB of storage.

When and how much? Typical ASUS, they don’t say. That panel isn’t cheap, and neither is the Tegra 4. I bet they keyboard dock will come standard too, instead of being an accessory. So if I had to make a guess, I’d say at least 600 EUR.

Again, if you’re going to spend that much, why not just buy an iPad and an Apple keyboard?
