Several Reddit users took to Reddit with stories about Verizon employees unable to get their phones connected others turning customers away because the device wasn’t an official, Verizon-bred smartphone.
Some of this may have been confusion on the part of Verizon employees, as the company told told Droidfe that the phone can be activated used with one’s plan.
“Moto X re ition is certified supported for activation on Verizon’s network. are working with Motorola to resolve the activation issue by Friday, Sept. 18,” the company said in a statement.
