Fortunately fixes are on the way, though there are a few steps you can take to ensure you’re safe if a fix isn’t here yet for your device.

Stagefright fix: posted the factory images to address the Stagefright vulnerability for the following devices: Nexus 6, Nexus 9 (Fi E), Nexus 5, 2013 Nexus 7 (Fi), Nexus 10, Nexus 4. You’ll need to flash the file manually to your device via ADB to apply the patch. Over-the-air updates are coming soon.

Sprint

Nexus 5, 6: Since Sprint sells these devices directly, you should see the over-the-air update with build Y48I for the Nexus 5 Nexus 6.

Stagefright fixes: Several Samsung devices also got the Stagefright patch. ok for a Sprint update to hit the Galaxy S5, S6S6 ge,  Note ge.

Galaxy Note 4: ile also getting a Stagefright patch, Sprint’s version of the Note 4 jumps ahead to Android 5.1.1. ong with a few new features this build contains a lot of bug fixes that should hopefully bring you faster performance.
