The Nvidia Shield impressed us in our review for its hardware capabilities, though 16GB of storage may be rather limiting for anyone looking to load it up with games.

A 32GB model that includes E connectivity is now up for preorder on the Nvidia site, setting you back $399.

The unlocked version will work on AT&T T-Mobile networks here in the U.S. A subsidized AT&T variant is to appear at some point in the future for $299 with the obligatory contract.

The devices are to ship out by September 30, so there is still some wait time before you begin blasting enemies. Speaking of which, the Shield ships with Trine 2: Complete Story, Twitch, productivity apps like Evernote in case you need a break from gaming.

If the 32GB isn’t enough, the Shield has an SD slot for moving supported apps to external storage.

The company also announced three new games optimized for the Shield’s Tegra K1 chip: Beach Buggy Racing, BombSquad,  Broadsword: Age of Chivalry.
