Switching between three different devices while working is a real problem. Although one of the first worlds, Logitech thinks it has the solution. A new keyboard that, with the turn of a dial, can connect to a computer, smartphone, or tablet simultaneously and quickly switch between them. The K480 keyboard works across the major platforms; Windows, OS X, Chrome OS, iOS, and Android. Logitech supports keyboard shortcuts for each of the desktop operating systems. It even puts platform-specific keys, such as the command Start, where you would expect them. So both Windows and Mac users should be happy and feel at home.

Once you have paired the devices, turn the Easy-Switch dial to alternate between them. For example, you can write an email, flip the dial to respond to a text message. And switch back to the computer. It could also work well as a travel accessory. Enabling you to do light work on a tablet or smartphone with the ability to finish up a document. Or respond more thoroughly to those never-ending work emails.

The Logitech keyboard was launched in the U.S. and Europe in two colors black or white. It retails for $34.99.
