You can go ahead sit through dull 12-minute video that came out over the weekend, or you can just read on: HTC’s next phone will have not one, but two rear-facing cameras.
If you’ve been paying attention to the rumors, you already knew that. enty of leaks have cropped up suggesting that One’s successor will have two lenses, but HTC made sure to tease it on its Facebook page.
There are a few speculations about what the dual lenses would do in conjunction with one another. Some have suggested it could help produce a tro-like refocusing effect, while others believe only one of the lenses will feature HTC’s proprietary Ultraxel technology for better low-light photography.
Rumors also suggest that the followup to the One will have a 5-inch, 1080p display, a Snapdragon 801 processor, Android 4.4. KitKat with Sense 6. HTC may also eliminate the on-screen navigational buttons.
