In an effort to ramp up excitement, several major carriers have officially announced launch dates or opened up preorders for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Galaxy Gear smartwatch. l four of the major carriers have mentioned that they’ll carry Samsung’s new gadgets, carrier underdog U.S. Cellular is even joining in on the launch.
If you’re an AT&T subscriber, you can preorder the Galaxy Note 3 in black or white for $299.99 with a two-year contract, set to ship on October 1. You can also pay for it in monthly increments of $35 with AT&T Next. The company doesn’t have a page set up for the Gear smartwatch just yet, though it is mentioned that it will be sold separately on the official Galaxy Note 3 page.
Big Red has also opened up preorders for the Galaxy Note 3 for $299.99 with a two-year contract, or $26.16 per month on Verizon ge. Verizon is also offering a bundle with the Galaxy Gear smartwatch for $599.98. The company notes that the devices will ship by October 10.
T-Mobile announced Thursday that the Note 3 will be available October 2 for $199.99 down monthly payments of $21 for 24 months, while the Galaxy Gear will go for $299.99. The carrier hasn’t opened up preorders just yet, but you can sign up for news announcements at T-Mobile’s site.
Sprint users, there’s no official release date for the Note 3 or Galaxy Gear just yet, but you can register to receive an email when it becomes available. U.S. Cellular also announced Friday that the Galaxy Note 3 will become available in October, though there’s no official release date or pre-order page just yet.
