An XDA member has managed to get his hands on a Nexus 4 running a development build of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. chaleen managed to get his hands on the black Nexus 4 running Android 4.3 at the Thailand Mobile Expo, and has managed to click a bunch of pictures of the device running the upcoming version of Jelly Bean.

The images show the Nexus 4 running Android 4.3 with the build number JWR45B, along with an updated kernel compiled on May 14th. One of the images also show us the new camera UI that have the controls on the side of the screen, rather than on the focus area.

The pictures further confirm the rumor that Google was going to Android 4.3 at Google I/O, but had to cancel it at the last moment for some unknown reason. They also confirm that the next version of Android will indeed be called Jelly Bean.

Rumours suggest that Google will be announcing Android 4.3 and a Nexus variant of the HTC One sometime next week or on 10th June.
