Amazon has started taking pre-orders for its latest Kindle tablet – the Fire HDX – in Canada and the United Kingdom. The tablet, however, will ship only in mid-to-late November.
The company is taking pre-orders for the 7-inch as well as the 8.9-inch models in both the countries for all the available storage options. However, Amazon is only taking pre-orders for the Wi-Fi variant of the tablet in Canada.
In the United Kingdom, the company will be selling the LTE variant of the HDX in partnership with Vodafone, which won’t ship before November 27th. The 8.9-inch LTE variant won’t be released before December 13th.
In the U.K, the 8.9-inch Kindle Fire HDX can be pre-ordered for £329, while its smaller brother can be had for £199. In Canada, the 7 and 8.9-inch HDX will set you back by $254 and $399, respectively.
Head over to this link if you are in Canada and want to pre-order the Fire HDX, or here if you live in the United Kingdom.
