Why trust Greenbot
What happens when you take the Galaxy S4, make it waterproof, dustproof, and bump the camera down to 8 megapixels from 13 megapixels? You get a device called the GS4 Active. This thing has been rumored for what feels like months now, and thanks to GSM Arena, we now have photos.
First thing you’ll immediately notice is the bright fire red back. I’m a huge fan of red, so this has me super excited. The front appears to be black, and there are no more capacitive buttons. All three Android buttons (back, option, home) are physical keys, something I know a lot of you will enjoy.
About the only thing we don’t know about the GS4 Active yet is the release date. And as for when we’ll find that out, my money is on early June given what the rumors have been saying.
