The current “ANDROID” word mark that you see in Android devices and Google’s website has remained the same ever since the OS was originally introduced some 5.5 years back.

However, it looks like Google is finally set to give its word mark an overhaul, if a leaked LG G Watch boot animation from @upleaks is to be believed.

The new style has a clean and friendly look to it than the current logo, which instantly makes it more appealing. It is not yet known whether this new word mark is indeed the real deal or not. (www.hikeaddicts.com)

Google is expected to reveal more information about Android Wear during its upcoming I/O event, where it is possible that we will see the company unveil the new word mark as well.
