LG is not the only company focusing on Quad HD displays on their smartphones. If some leaked pictures from an internal Lenovo event are to be believed, the company is working on a successor to the Vibe Z2, dubbed the Vibe Z2 Pro, that will come with a whopping 6-inch QHD display.
Other specs of the handset are also reportedly top-notch including a Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz, 16MP OIS camera with dual-LED flash and a massive 4000mAh battery. The leaked pictures suggest that the handset will have an outstanding screen-to-bezel ratio and would feature a metal body that is, apparently, only 7.7mm thick. The handset also supports LTE networks and will be coming with dual-SIM card slots.
Lenovo has met with great success in China and other emerging Asian markets but the company is yet to make its mark in the European and U.S markets.
The Vibe Z2 Pro looks like a pretty decent device from its leaked photos and if priced right, it can definitely help the company in gaining a foothold in some of the major smartphone markets.
