Rumors have long been floating around that Google is working on its own wearable smartwatch, which will be manufactured by LG. Today, thanks to @evleaks, we now have a bit of information about the specs of Google’s upcoming wearable device.
The LG manufactured smartwatch will come with a 1.65-inch IPS LCD, which is nearly the same size as on the Galaxy Gear 2 (1.63-inches), with a resolution of 280 x 280. Other specs include a 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. The processor is yet to be decided and it is not yet known whether the device will come with a camera or not.

The tweet does not mention anything about the presence of a heart rate sensor or any other health related sensor. The size of the battery, a crucial deciding factor for many, remains unknown as well.
Google has already announced that it plans on releasing an SDK for Android wearable devices over the next few weeks.. The company’s first smartwatch is expected to run a modified and lighter version of Android and is widely expected to be unveiled at Google’s upcoming I/O event this year.
