Sony users, you haven’t been forgotten. The company announced that it’s started rolling Android 4.4 KitKat to three device models in its Xperia lineup, including the Xperia Z1, Z1 Compact, Z Ultra.

That means that you’ll now have access to neat features like the new cation settings, an updated version of Sony’s Xperia UI, an exped quick settings panel in the notifications shade. You’ll also have access to the various Xperia Themes available with the recently announced Xperia Z2, which is expected to launch globally soon.

Sony also mentioned that last year’s Xperia Z, Z ZR, Tablet Z are next in line for KitKat update. There’s still no mention of when T-Mobile’s Xperia Z1s will see an update.
