Expectations are high for Samsung’s new phone. A round-up of rumors prior to the Galaxy S IV’s debut predicts everything from eye-scrolling navigation to a 13-megapixel camera.
The stakes may be just as high as the expectations. Rivals Sony HTC have already taken the wraps off flagship phones this year, in the form of the Xperia Z the HTC One.
