With the rumored unveiling date of the next Nexus and Android 4.4 KitKat coming closer, we are seeing more and more details surface about them. Up until now, the leaked screenshots have only given us a glimpse of how the updated status bar would look in KitKat, along with some logs indicating the final specs of the Nexus 5.

Today, the folks over at Android Police have got their hands on some bug report log files and screenshots from the upcoming Nexus handset running KitKat. The screenshots once again show the new status bar, with slightly tweaked grey colored icons, and the new Key Lime Pie flavoured USB Debugging icon. This confirms that the previous leaked screenshots were indeed true, and Google will be giving the UI a slight tweak.

The bug report once again confirms the screen resolution of the next Nexus to be Full HD (1920*1080) with a PPI of 443, pegging the screen size to be around 5-inches. The log keeps referencing Android 4.4 as Key Lime Pie showing how secretive Google actually was about the whole KitKat naming scheme even with its own employees. The logs suggest a build date of September 13th for the Android 4.4 build running on the Nexus 5.

Hopefully, Google will be able to keep the next Nexus and Android 4.4 under wraps before they announce it sometime in October this year.
