Google knows people want to check out Glass, but most don’t have the $1500 to shell out for an early adopter’s version. How is the company going to let people get their eyes on the wearable device? A nationwide demonstration tour is how.
To bring Glass to the masses, Google is kicking off a multi-city demonstration tour that’ll start in Durham, NC next month. The first demonstration will be held October 5th at Bay 7 on the American Tobacco Campus. Google invites people to “Come try Glass, chat with the team, and enjoy local snacks and beverages.” If you live in the Raleigh-Durham area and want to attend, you can RSVP to the event here.
The Glass tour will then head to other cities across the US. The schedule has not been announced your, but you can follow Google Glass on G+ and be the first to know when it comes to a city near you.
