It is no secret that the OnePlus 7 Pro is going to come with an impressive display. Leaks have already confirmed that the handset will come with a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Now, ahead of the official unveiling of the phone, Display Mate has teased that the OnePlus 7 Pro’s display has received its prestigious A+ ranking.
As per DisplayMate, the OnePlus 7 Pro’s display aced the color accuracy, brightness, contrast, and pixel density test. The display also has the “Safety for Eyes” certification which means that it does a great job of filtering out the blue light to protect one’s eyes.
The rating earned by the OnePlus 7 Pro display is the same one which the Galaxy S10’s highly praised Dynamic AMOLED display had received. However, this does not mean the OnePlus 7 Pro’s display is as good as the one found on the Galaxy S10 series. While it will definitely post impressive numbers, it will likely lag behind Samsung’s offering in terms of brightness and color accuracy. However, its results were still good enough to earn an A+ ranking from Display Mate.
