The Samsung Galaxy S8 looks downright beautiful with its glass design and bezel-less Infinity Display at the front. However, the HTC U11 in Solar Red color gives the Galaxy S8 a run for its money in the looks department despite coming with a very dated front. Taking a cue from HTC and the change in the season, Samsung has now unveiled a new Burgundy Red Galaxy S8 in South Korea.
Samsung has a habit of launching new colors for its flagship devices later in their life to attract new colors. Usually, the company has launched the handsets in a shade of blue, gold, or pink. This time around though, the company has taken the wise decision of launching the S8 in a very attractive shade of red.

Only the rear of the device is red though, with the front being all back. The aluminium frame, physical buttons, camera rim, and the fingerprint sensor are also painted red to achieve for that perfect look.
Despite being in the market for over six months, the Galaxy S8 is still a great handset. Featuring a 5.8-inch bezel-less QHD+ Infinity Display, Exynos 8895 chipset, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, and a 12MP shooter, the handset can easily give other newer flagships like the LG V30 and iPhone 8 a tough competition.
For now, Samsung is only launching the ‘Burgundy Red’ Galaxy S8 in South Korea. However, given the company’s track record, the Burgundy Red Galaxy S8 should also make its way to the United States before the holiday season.
