Let’s get this out of the way: Most people think Android on 10 inch tablets is pointless. If for whatever reason you do want a 10 inch Android tablet, then there’s really one one choice for you: the Nexus 10. It has an insanely high resolution screen, a dual core ARM Cortex A15, front facing speakers, and it’s just $399. When Google announced the new Nexus 7 earlier this summer, Amir Efrati from The Wall Street Journal asked about the Nexus 10, and Sundar Pichai straight up told him Samsung will be making it.
Expect to see new 10-inch Nexus 10 Android tablet (made by @Samsung) in the near future, Google's @sundarpichai tells me

But now, Russell Holly from Geeks.com, the guy who famously predicted the Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition, is saying that ASUS will make the 2013 Nexus 10.
Who should you believe? Circling back to my main point, the real question is does it even matter?
