With the imminent launch of the OnePlus 5, OnePlus has started teasing the various aspects of the device. After revealing some details about the internals of the handset, OnePlus has now posted a camera sample of the 5 over on Twitter.
The camera sample compares the photo taken from the 5 to another smartphone. OnePlus has already announced that it is teaming up with DxOMark to enhance the camera experience on the OnePlus 5.
Can you tell which photo was taken with the OnePlus 5? pic.twitter.com/Pd27la4ewn

The sample image does not reveal much about the camera setup of the 5, though it does make it obvious that the smartphone will feature be able to capture more details and capture true-to-life colors. But again, unless we know the smartphone from which the secondary sample image was taken, we should not really jump and make conclusions about the 5’s camera.
Going by the hype that OnePlus is trying to create around the 5’s camera, the handset will likely compete against the likes of the Google Pixel and the Samsung Galaxy S8 in terms of camera performance.
Rumors point to the OnePlus 5 coming with a dual-camera setup at the rear. How exactly the ‘Never Settle’ company will use the dual-camera setup to improve the imaging performance on its next flagship killer remains to be seen though.
