An increasing number of Galaxy S8 owners have been complaining about their handset restarting randomly. The issue has been occurring multiple times a day randomly leading to a frustrating experience for owners of Samsung’s latest flagship handsets.
While there are plenty of solutions being thrown away to fix the problem, the one that seems to have worked for most users is to temporarily remove the microSD card from the handset. If this solution does not work for you, there is not much that you can do except wait patiently for Samsung to roll out a software update.
Unlike the reddish tint issue on the display which Samsung had acknowledged, this issue is yet to be acknowledged by the Korean company.
Its pretty common for smartphones to suffer from one or two showstopping bugs when they are first launched, though OEMs are pretty quick to roll out a software update to fix them. The initial batch of Galaxy S8 units suffered from a reddish tint on the display which the company was quick to acknowledge. It even rolled out a software update for the issue from this week in most parts of the world. The update also addresses the Wi-Fi connectivity issue that Korean Galaxy S8 owners have been facing with their units.
