Samsung has already updated the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge to Android 7.0 Nougat, but there are more devices out there that would benefit from the latest version of the mobile operating system.

So, to alleviate concerns from device owners, Samsung has published a list of smartphones and tablets that will be getting updated to Android 7.0 Nougat in the first half of 2017:

  • Galaxy S6
  • Galaxy S6 edge
  • S6 edge Plus
  • Galaxy Note5
  • Galaxy Tab A with S Pen
  • Galaxy Tab S2 (LTE unlock)
  • Galaxy A3
  • Galaxy A8

It isn’t a long list, and there aren’t any major surprises on it, but it’s certainly nice for those particular device owners to know that Android 7.0 is headed to their device in the near future.
