Xiaomi first introduced the Mi Mix concept phone back in October of last year, and we recently reviewed it to reasonably favorable results.
Today at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, Xiaomi took the stage to make a few announcements, including a brand new variant of the Mi Mix. The company’s Hugo Barra unveiled a brand new white variant of the Mi Mix, which will keep the ceramic design elements of the first variant launched not too long ago.
The new white variant will only be available in China at launch, and there’s no word if that will change in the future.
As far as specs are concerned, the white option is largely the same as the black one. That means a 6.4-inch display with a 2048×1080 resolution. There’s a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of built-in storage, and a battery measured in at 4400mAh. On the back, there’s a 16MP camera, and it’s running Android 6.0 under Xiaomi’s proprietary MIUI user interface.
