The Barnes and Noble NOOK Tablet 7 made its way through the FCC in October, where it was revealed the new tablet could possibly support Google’s Play Services.

That was noted at the time as a big change for the book seller, as its tablets typically focused on its own digital offerings. But that change is indeed the real deal, as Barnes & Noble has officially announced the NOOK Tablet 7, putting it up for pre-order at the same time. The 7-inch display has a resolution of 1024×600, and there’s 8GB of built-in storage.

The NOOK Tablet 7 also boasts a microSD card slot that will support cards up to 128GB, with an 8MP camera on the back, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Barnes & Noble says the battery will last up to seven days with general use.

Finally, the new NOOK Tablet 7 boasts support for Google Play Services, so owners can buy and install apps from the Play Store, listen to music from Play Music, read books from Play Books, and more. It’s running Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

The NOOK Tablet 7 is available to pre-order right now for $49.99. It launches on November 25.
