Samsung’s upcoming 12.2 inch tablet, first leaked by the Korean publication ET News back in early June, has been put under the microscope again, this time by none other than @evleaks. Over the weekend, he tweeted that the device will have a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels, it’ll use Samsung’s own Exynos 5 Octa processor, and most importantly, it’ll have an S-Pen. Does this mean it’s going to belong to the Note family? We’ll find out next month at IFA in Berlin.

Speaking about IFA, @evleaks also says that Samsung will announce a 10.1 inch tablet at the show with the same resolution as the 12.2 inch tablet, but this smaller model will use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 and not have any stylus support.

Why? This is Samsung, they can do pretty much whatever they want.

And truth be told, we all know what the real star of the show is going to be in Berlin: Samsung’s third generation Galaxy Note. The latest rumors peg it as having a 5.7 inch 1080p display and with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 under the hood.
