The third generation Samsung Galaxy Note is going to be announced in September in Berlin. That much we can all agree on. What everyone is bickering about, however, is the spec sheet. I’m not going to bother recapping how the rumors have changed during the past seven months, because we’d be here all day. Just know this: According to a “knowledgable” source from Korea, the Note III will have a 5.7 inch 1080p screen, Snapdragon 800 processor, 3 GB of RAM, and it’ll undoubtedly look like a jumbo Galaxy S4.
Breaking this latest rumor down, that 5.7 inch number was first quoted by @evleaks, and I trust him above any other crazy sources, so to me it’s as good as official. And as for the processor, everyone will be using the Snapdragon 800 come this holiday shopping season, so no surprises there. With regards to RAM, Samsung just yesterday published a press release saying they’re going to start mass producing 3GB RAM solutions next month.
All of this adds up. As for the official date of unveiling? Like I said, September.
