There’s a Moto X floating around in Vietnam right now, and a four minute hardware tour of the device has just been uploaded to YouTube. There’s nothing new here if you’ve been following the Moto X leaks, but for those who haven’t, here’s a quick recap: The Moto X is basically a Motorola version of the LG Nexus 4. The camera is better, but that’s mainly it. Same 4.7 inch-ish 720p screen, same quad core Snapdragon S4 Pro, same 2 GB of RAM, same everything.
When will we know everything there is to know about the Moto X? On August 1st. That’s when Motorola will hold a press conference in New York City to finally unveil this device. Google is going to hold an event today, also in New York City, but that will be focused on the new Nexus 7 and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
Update: The video is a few months old. Whoops. Still impressive, though.
